Girls Club championships are now open
Policy for withdraws from events for both boys and girls
A team may not drop out of a tournament in which it has already been accepted in order to attend another event without the permission of the Tournament Director and the Juniors Chairperson.
Any team withdrawing from an event within 2 weeks or less of the event will be denied a refund of the entry fee, and maybe subject to additional sanctions imposed by KRVA.
Any team withdrawing from an event 2-6 weeks prior to the event will forfeit $100 of their entry fee. $50 will go to the Region and
$50 to the Tournament Host.
Repeated withdraws may subject the team to additional sanctions imposed by KRVA.
Girls Event entry ( How it works )
- Multiday events may be entered for special consideration from August 1st to September 1st, 2009
these events will be approved on September 15th and open for entry on November 1st
- Regular single day events can be entered into the system starting October 1st 2009. Please remember to include the age and division in your title ( such as Keystone 18 Club ) Once you enter your event, print off the Tournament Directors Application from Resources page and mail the completed form and escrow check (payable to KRVA) to Steve Covert, 923 Richmond Rd. Windsor, Pa 17366
- Once all paperwork is in your events will be added to the list for approval in the order of when received
- On November 1st events will be approved in order, If there are any conflicts that arise you will receive an email giving you options to change event dates or ages or divisions.
- Events entered into the system after November 1st will be posted as soon as all paperwork has been completed and received Court availiblity are set using last years team numbers and are flexible depending on locations and event types
12's - 4 courts, 13's - 6 courts, 14 club - 8 courts, 14 open - 5 courts, 15 club - 8 courts, 15 open - 6 courts, 16 club - 8 courts, 16 open - 5 courts, 17 club - 7 courts, 17 open - 7 courts, 18 club - 4 courts, 18 open - 6 courts
All single day events will Open in December on the following schedule
First date of entry will be
December 7th – 18’s and 14’s Divisions will open
December 9th – 17’s and 15’s Divisions will open
December 11th – 16’s , 13’s and 12’s Divisions will Open
Out of region entries will Open December 14th
Please use the region's club debit system to avoid any problems or delays
Boys Event Entry ( How it works )-
- Single and multiday events can be entered starting October 1st and will be approved as soon as the Tournamnet Directors Application, from Resources page, is received along with the escrow check (payable to KRVA). Mail to Steve Covert, 923 Richmond Rd. Windsor, Pa 17366.
- Boys court counts allowed are 14's 2 courts, 15's - 1 court, 16's - 3 courts, 17's - 4 courts, 18's - 6 courts. Flexiblity for event type and location
- Boys event will be open for entry beginning November 1st
- Please use the new Regional club debit system to prevent any problems with entry
Boys regionals will be held on Feb 27th and 28th 2010
