a. There will be a raise for registration 2010/2011 [everyone]
b. Current membership expires Oct 31, 2010; renew beginning sept 1, 2010
c. Club registration expires Aug 10, 2010. Current clubs will be sent a form online to reregister. YOU MUST HAVE 2 CURRENT EMAIL PER TEAM
d. Club updates will happen on the friday following these dates; 9/13/10; 10/5, 19/10; 11/2,16,30/10; 12/14, 28/10 1/11,25/11; 2/8,22/11; 3/15/11. information must be in by 5 pm on these dates
e. team payments can only be made by check to; Treasure KRVA, 2443 SaddlebrookRd., Macungie, Pa 18062. Sept 1, 2010 will be the new season, old teams will be expired but history is available
f. Junior member when renewing will only be able to default to UNDECIDED
g. Players numbers are required on rosters for the upcomming season. you will have to contact the region office to change numbers. If you need to use a player from a lower age team, take both rosters
3. Registration Change
DEBIT SYSTEM
a. when a entrant is moved out or into a tournament, emails will be sent to both the contact for the team and the TD
b. you must notify the events system to cancel a tournament, all money will go back into the debit account
c. debit account balances will be disbuursed after the season, boys - march 30; girls - june 15

TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS
a. tournament escrow checks must be sent to the treasure at the above address
b. if you are running multiple age groups in one event; they must be applied for as seperate events in the events system. the sanction fee has been changed to $7.50 per team for each event
c. if you cancell an event you must notify the events coordinator. the original event will be cancelled, all teams will be refunded, you must then put in for another date with the events system & have teams register again
CLUB DIRECTORS
a. all refunds will go into debit account regardless of original payment method
b. we are working on a ranking system for the 1011 season
c. you may start registering your club on oct 1, 2010. you will not receive information emails untill untill your club is registered. club uploads will follow the dates above. please have 2 email locations on file with the region.
d. insurance cert. should include practice locations this year. national has requested we inspect all locations for complaisance.
e. tenative dates for events registrstion; boys - oct 20, girls dec 6,7,8 at 7 pm.
4. P.I.A.A. date changes for championship
a. the PIAA has moved the championship dates to NOV 19/20, 2010.
5. Club tryouts for 15 and older NEED INPUT FROM CLUB DIRECTORS BY 7/14
B. both east & west meetings agree to hold tryouts for the 15 & up starting SATURDAY, NOV 13,2010. players still involved in the state championships will not be allowed to take part in these tryouts. they may attend in street cloths.
Club tryout dates for 14 & under NEED INPUT BY 7/14
may start on SATURDAY, NOV 6, 2010. the 10 day tryout period will END THE SAME DAY AS HE 15 & OVER, NOV 22
6. Recurting policy changes
a. when a player registering with webpiont for the upcomming season, she WILL NOT be able to select a club from the drop down. she will stay UNDECIDED untill after the 10 day tryout period. she will then be able to select a club.
this player will also have to sent a email to the club director & girls@krva informing them of their intentions to play for that club.
7. KRVA waiver form
a. this form is online at www.krva.org
b waivers are only good for club players/ in krva club sanctioned events only. if you go out of region contact the tournament director. you may not use waivered players in bid events
c. if you move a waivered player up to an older team, she may not be moved back down
8. Post tournament form
a. this form may also be used by any coach at any tournament.
9. Pool & Results form for tournaments
a. TD'S, you must use the online form to report your tournament results. if you don't, you will forfit your TD fee

11. New Ranking System&Tournament for 2011 NEED INPUT BY 7/14
a. the ranking system that is be worked on will only be for 3/4 team pools, in sanctioned events. since all club an open events should be 4 team pools. this should not be a problem
b. all tournaments will be played out to gold & silver position. remenber we are playing for a ranking so everyone has to finish.
c. mixed tournaments will not be used in the ranking system
d. this system will be automatic based on using the KRVA results form
e. we need help with out of region tournaments. i would like a list of out of region tournaments and their strengths.please rank them in order of strongest down

13. Open, Bid & Club Championships NEED INPUT BY 7/14
a. option#1--- all 3 championshios will take place on a rotating location every year . east, central west
b. option #2 -- club championships will rotate every year, east, central, west. they will be 2 day events, wave pool play on saturday & championshios on sunday
c. option #3 -- east/west open championship will be held at separate locations. the following weekend the top x number of teams will meet at a central location for the bid tournament, using the open for seeding
