• -- KRVA JR GIRLS MEMBERSHIP Refund requests must be sent to member.refund@krva.org which will open up on January 15, 2012. Send the members name, date of birth. Refund are only granted for those junior members who are NOT participating and is documented in the published policy in General Op Codes, pg 15 section IV.

• AFFILIATION CHANGES (CLUB NAME)???: send an email to registration@krva.org with your request. We will need the members first name, last name and date of birth or member number. It may take 5 business days for juniors since the first club must be contacted and confirm that the member is not affiliated. If your affiliation is still UNDECIDED, you should log back into your record and change it to the club of your choice. Once there is a club name, you must follow the above procedure to get it changed.

• Webpoint registration for 2011/2012 season has begun on September 1, 2011. If you need a background screening, the Webpoint system will add the background screening page and appropriate fee ($20.00) at the time of registration, valid for 2 seasons.
  
       -- forgot username: look for the renewal email sent Sept 8, 2011 which contains a Link to your record. Can't find it???? Look to the right and click on Forgot Password (or Username).
  
  
       -- locked out?: wait 24 hours, it will unlock automatically
  
       -- Did you play in another region last season and need to register in KRVA?: send an email to registration@krva.org with full name and date of birth. Please put transfer or reassign in subject line. Once completed, an email with instructions will be sent. 
  
  
       -- Playing in CHRVA after tryouts?: if you choose to play in CHRVA, KRVA membership will be cancelled and reassigned to CHRVA per KRVA/CHRVA policy. Please send refund request to member.refund@krva.org with CHRVA/KRVA in subject line. Full name and birthdate in body of email.
  
  
       -- Playing in OVR after tryouts? Send an email to member.refund@krva.org with OVR player in the subject line. Please include full name and date of birth and OVR team. Membership will be cancelled and returned to OVR for renewal. Refund via check.

       Club Directors....Check out the documents page for the Club Registration form. This is an annual form to be submitted to the region office. Please remember to renew your registration and your club adminstrators before submitting this form so that you can again be affiliated with your club.
  
  
  Insurance certificate request forms are available on the documents page. While we are trying to keep the turn around time for certificates to a minimum, please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days to process and return the certificate to the applicant.
  
  
  Debit account usage and policies have been sent out by the new treasurer in a WEBPOINT email to all Club Directors and Club Admins. Any questions about these accounts should be directed to Roy Benasaraf at treasurer@krva.org. Any requests to utilize the funds that you have deposited into your account must be sent to the treasurer for approval. 
   
  
  Every Monday at 5PM is the cutoff for information from Webpoint to be uploaded to the event system. This is for region team activations, authorized region clubs and region memberships. Please make sure that your payments and paperwork is in on time.
