Today the Nominating Committee mailed the information you will need to vote on line in the upcoming election. Your USER NAME is on the front of the postcard, above your name. Your PASSWORD in on the back of the card, following the on-line voting instructions.
If you do not receive your postcard by May 7, 2012, immediately contact the Nominating Committee at krvavoting@krva.org.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!
Every effort will be made to replace your access information, but you must allow up to 48 hours for a response to your request. It may not be possible to accommodate requests for duplicate information received on or after than May 25, 2012.
If we cannot respond before the on-line voting deadline, your the only other option will be to attend the Annual Meeting in Harrisburg on June 8th and vote in person.
Once votes are cast, they cannot be changed. An outside source will be validating the integrity of the data. If any questionable vote is cast, that vote will not be counted. The individual will be notified, and (s)he will be allowed to vote at the annual meeting.
Please Note: Voting Fraud is cause for disciplinary action. Information such as date/time of vote, IP address of voter’s computer, etc., is tracked to ensure voting integrity.
