18s Bid Division | 12-18 Girls Divisions

Team Qualification:

18s Bid Division

The 18s National/American Bid event is a separate division embedded within the Capital City Freeze. The first place team will be awarded the National Bid and the second place team will be awarded the American Bid to GJNC.

  • Entry Fees must be paid to the Region Office by the deadline
  • Compete in 2 KRVA events prior to the Champions Cup on March 23-24
  • Team must be registered in AES for the USAV Girls Junior National Championships

Please Note: Your team’s entry into the Bid Division and qualifying finish is your automatic acceptance of a BID to GJNC. If your team does not wish to go to the GJNC please register in the CHAMP division.


You will receive an email confirmation when your team is accepted. If all of the criteria has been met but you have not received a confirmation email of acceptance from AES CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at [email protected] or call (610) 401-3362.

Venue: Spooky Nook Sports (75 Champ Blvd, Manheim, PA 17545) There is a parking fee.

Rosters: Teams must have full rosters listed on AES along with jersey numbers, and USAV numbers. Adjustments can be made to that roster until the roster close date. Any changes after that will incur a $25 late fee and will be taken care of at tournament check-in. The printed roster will be provided at team check-in. You do not need to bring your own copy. All coaches on a roster (Head coaches and assistant coaches) must have a verified USAV background screening, be Impact Certified, and be SafeSport Trained. Any coach without a background screening, Impact certifications, or SafeSport Trained will not be allowed to sit on the bench during the tournament.

Awards: ALL First and Second place teams in the Gold Division and will receive individual medals for all players AND coaches! All other Division winners teams will receive medals for each player and coaches.

Refund Policy: All teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament should email [email protected] no later than 30 days before the event and will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw after 30 days before the event will not receive a refund.

Tickets/wristbands are sold at the venue. NO CASH SALES. All purchases must be made with a credit card.

  • Single Day Pass $12
  • Senior (65+), First responder, Military (Active, Retired, Veteran) $12/$10
  • Children Age 12 & under FREE, still need Wristband for entry

No dogs allowed in venue. Service dogs only (emotional support animals are not service animals.)

Chairs are not provided – please bring your own chair.

No outside food or drinks allowed in venue. You may bring in water and sports drink. Food is available for purchase (credit card only.)

 By entering the premises, you agree that the event organizers can take your picture and use the images for any purpose.

Spectator Code of Conduct: This event is a USA Volleyball sanctioned event. By entering the facility, all spectators agree to abide by the following Spectator Code of Conduct as required by USA Volleyball. Spectators also understand that injury from flying objects incidental to the sport of volleyball may occur at this event and attend at their own risk. Be alert at all times, especially during active play. Children not participating on a team entered in the event must be under the supervision of their parents at all times. The venue is not to be considered an open play area. Open courts and free space within the facility are not designated or designed for general child-play activities and should be used for event related activities only.

​Any code of conduct broken at this event can lead to immediate removal from the building.
