The Keystone Region Volleyball Association is proud to provide the opportunity for continued participation in the sport of volleyball. We will be awarding an Achievement Scholarship of $1000 to a graduating high school male and female athlete who has demonstrated extreme sportsmanship, achieved academic requirements set forth, and continues their volleyball career at the collegiate level.
To be considered for the scholarship the following criteria must be met:
- Must be a member of the Keystone Region Volleyball Association for a minimum of three years. (participate at the 16 and 17 and 18 age level)
- Must be a graduating high school senior with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (A copy of your high school transcript must be provided)
- Must promote the sport of volleyball through outstanding sportsmanship. (A letter of recommendation from your Junior Club Coach/Director must be
provided) - Continuing his/her volleyball career at a College: Division 1, 2, 3 or NAIA (A letter of verification from the College Coach)
- Provide a minimum 300 word essay demonstrating your participation in the sport of volleyball and how it has contributed positively to your life experiences.
- A resume of your academic and volleyball achievements.
