For the second year in a row, KRVA is hosting a Dress Up Contest. Go wild designing your St. Patrick’s Day themed outfit
(we have been told that some clubs have been planning their outfits since the beginning of club season!) and don the green on Saturday!
Here’s how it works:
1. Visit the KRVA Swag Table on Saturday after 9:00 AM to officially enter the contest and receive your contestant number.
2. Encourage your team and friends to vote for you. Each person may only vote once, so do what you can to get the votes.
3. Voting concludes at 8:00 PM on Saturday. Winners will be notified by text and announced via our social media outlets on Sunday.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER.
Eligibility
This contest is available for all athletes, coaches, and spectators attending the Lucky Charm Classic volleyball tournament on March 8, 2025, located at PA Farm Show Complex, Giant Exposition Hall. Keystone Region Volleyball Association employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees’ immediate family members are ineligible to participate in this contest.

Agreement to Rules
By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by the KRVA’s Official Rules and decisions. By participating in this contest, you agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
Entry Period
This contest takes place Saturday, March 8, 2025.
How to Enter
All contestants must officially enter the contest at the KRVA Swag Table, located next to the Tournament Desk. Contestants will receive an official entry number that must be worn throughout the day in the tournament facility. Only one (1) entry is allowed per person.
Voting
Voting will take place on Saturday, March 8, 2025 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Voting occurs via a web form posted at https://form.jotform.com/250564593621156. Only one (1) vote is allowed per person. Contestants are encouraged to solicit votes from those in attendance at the tournament. These votes will determine the winner.
Prizes
There are three (3) prizes available to the top three contestants receiving the most votes. The estimated retail value of prizes is as follows: first place prize is approximately valued at $25; second place prize is approximately valued at $15; third place prize is approximately valued at $10. In the case of a tie, the contest sponsor reserves the right to alter prizes.
Odds
The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be notified via text message, and all winners will be posted to the KRVA social media accounts, as well as posted at the KRVA Swag table on Sunday, March 9, 2025. Winners have until 3pm on Sunday, 3/9/25 to claim his or her prize. Winners who have not contacted KRVA within this time limit will forfeit the prize. KRVA is not liable for winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if she or he provides the incorrect phone number, or if the winning text notification goes to spam.
Rights Granted by the Entrant
Each contestant is granted the right to solicit votes from within the audience in attendance at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, Giant Exposition Hall. Further, all contestant grants to KRVA, the Sponsor, upon submission of an entry into the giveaway or contest the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Terms & Conditions
Keystone Region Volleyball Association reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this contest in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway. KRVA retains the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
Limitation of Liability
Contestant’s entry into the Dress Up Contest constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless Keystone Region Volleyball Association and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
