Veda is an outside hitter who currently plays for Endless Momentum on the 16 Power Blue team. She is also a sophomore at Abington Heights High School.
KRVA: What are some things that you have learned about yourself through volleyball?
Veda: It’s important to have good relationships to play well together, and everyone has to have an equal part in the teams’ success.
KRVA: Who is your most influential role model and why?
Veda: Jill Gillen [University of Arkansas] because she’s a 5’7” OH with a 36” vertical playing D1.
KRVA: Do you have a favorite tournament experience?
Veda: Going to Spooky Nook. I like the vibe of the facility and that’s where some of my best memories from my team are from.
KRVA: What would most people be surprised to learn about you?
Veda: I like to draw and watch anime and I like K-pop.

Veda: Washington, D.C.
KRVA: What’s the weirdest thing in your volleyball backpack right now?
Veda: Tangerines
KRVA: What is the biggest lesson you learned from volleyball?
Veda: To focus on the present moment.

Veda: Possibly something in mathematics.
