JUNIOR ATHLETES

JUNIOR PLAYER

JUNIOR SELECT

Membership for athletes participating in KRVA clinics or camps. Does not include participation in club volleyball competitions.
Valid for 3 months.
JUNIOR SAND

Membership for players who ONLY play sand volleyball year-round.
This membership may be upgraded to a full Junior Player membership to play indoor volleyball.

- All Junior Athletes who turn 18 prior to August 31 of the current year are required to purchase a Junior 18s membership and complete SafeSport training.

Membership for adult players participating in KRVA/USAV sanctioned adult events.

COACHES & OFFICIALS
ADULT OFFICIAL

Membership for Tournament Directors, Site Directors, Club Directors, or any Administrative Personnel who do not have a coaching role.

- Adult members must pass background screens and SafeSport training. Coaches must also pass IMPACT testing.
- Officials who will be coaching in any capacity during the season must purchase the Adult Coach membership.
USAV Background Screening Information
USAV Background Screening ($14)
Any adult who is affiliated with a junior volleyball program in any capacity will be required to complete a USA Volleyball background screening. During peak times (fall/winter) this can take up to 14 business days to process. Background screen will be conducted by NCSI. A new screen is required every year.
International Background Screening (average $75 to $150, in some rare cases up to $300)
Will be required, in addition to the US screening, for those individuals who have resided outside of the US for 6 months or longer OR for those individuals who maintain a citizenship other than the US.

Refund Policy
Keystone Region Volleyball Association (KRVA) fees are managed separately from USA Volleyball membership fees. No refunds will be issued for any membership type, regardless if an entire KRVA and/or USA Volleyball membership season and/or any portion thereof is cancelled or interrupted for any reason.
If a credit card is used to pay for membership and the charge is disputed through the credit card company, a $25 fee will be incurred. Return check charge is $35 and will require a certified check as a replacement payment.
Other KRVA programs and events may utilize different cancellation policies.
KRVA reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at its sole discretion.
