Michelle Carlton
KRVA’s Commissioner, leads with both heart and vision. From her early days as a high school athlete to her current role guiding the region, Michelle embodies the values of mentorship, growth, and inclusion that define KRVA’s culture.

Valerie Podczasy
Known affectionately as the “Chaos Coordinator,” keeps the region running seamlessly behind the scenes. Her sharp instincts and problem-solving mindset make her an indispensable force in managing events, memberships, and clubs — and her humor and passion remind everyone that volleyball is about connection as much as competition.

Jill Forsythe
The creative mind behind KRVA’s marketing and communications, brings the “fun factor” to tournament weekends. From capturing the excitement through her camera lens to creating interactive experiences for athletes and families, Jill’s work turns every KRVA event into a celebration of community and sport.
